Suggestion Surveys

Vault CRM surveys can be used to generate feedback for suggestions. This more targeted feedback is intended to increase the effectiveness of Vault CRM suggestions.

Suggestion surveys are assigned at the individual suggestion level. This accommodates nearly any logical assignment of surveys to user groups (for example, brand, profile, region, therapeutic area, etc).

Suggestion survey definitions and responses are data driven. New surveys can be created or edited using the established survey designer process or data load.

Customers can work with their data science partner to develop the ability to snooze a suggestion, or show the suggestion again after a selected period of time. The suggestion survey can be used to gather information, such as snooze duration and reason. These questions can be leveraged by the data science partner to develop functionality for generating the suggestion again after the specified snooze duration.
