Suggestion Surveys
Vault CRM surveys can be used to generate feedback for suggestions. This more targeted feedback is intended to increase the effectiveness of Vault CRM suggestions.
Suggestion surveys are assigned at the individual suggestion level. This accommodates nearly any logical assignment of surveys to user groups (for example, brand, profile, region, therapeutic area, etc).
Suggestion survey definitions and responses are data driven. New surveys can be created or edited using the established survey designer process or data load.
Customers can work with their data science partner to develop the ability to snooze a suggestion, or show the suggestion again after a selected period of time. The suggestion survey can be used to gather information, such as snooze duration and reason. These questions can be leveraged by the data science partner to develop functionality for generating the suggestion again after the specified snooze duration.

Configuring Suggestions Surveys for

To configure this feature:
- Ensure Configuring Suggestions and Configuring Surveys are complete.
- Navigate to Admin > Users and Groups > Permission Sets.
- Select the appropriate permission set.
- Grant Edit permission to the suggestion_survey__v field on the suggestion__v object.
- Grant access to the suggestion_survey__v object type on the survey__v and survey_target__v objects.

To configure this feature:
- Ensure Configuring Suggestions and Configuring Surveys are complete.
- Navigate to Admin > Users and Groups > Permission Sets.
- Grant users Read permission to the suggestion_survey__v field on the suggestion__v object and Edit permission to the suggestion__v field on the survey_target__v object.
- Grant users Create access to the suggestions__v object type on the question_response__v object.
- Grant users Create access to the suggestion_survey__v object type on the survey_target__v object.
- Navigate to Business Admin > Objects > Suggestions.
- Ensure Suggestion records have the suggestion_survey__v lookup field on the suggestion__v object populated with a valid published survey__v of object type suggestion_survey__v.
Creating Suggestion Surveys as

Suggestion Survey Designers follow the established survey creation processes.
Additional notes:
- Designers should select the Suggestion Survey object type when creating new surveys
- Surveys will be locked when published
- Publishing the suggestion survey sets the channel__v field on the survey__v object to "suggestions__v", the survey_status__v field to "published__v ", and territories__v to the root territory
- The concepts of Survey Assignment Rules, Segments, and Targets are not supported with suggestion surveys
To associate the published suggestion survey with a suggestion:
- Navigate to Business Admin > Objects > Suggestions.
- Open a suggestion record.
- Select the survey from the suggestion_survey__v lookup field on the suggestion record.
- Select Save.
Using Suggestions Surveys as

When a user dismisses a suggestion, a suggestion survey displays if a survey has been assigned to the suggestion. After the user answers all the required questions, they can submit the suggestion survey.
Submission of a survey stores the responses in a Question Responses object record. A Survey Target Object record is created to associate the responses with the suggestion.
